Refund Policy

1. Overview

At GoPixel (formerly Hind Cloud), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Advance Payment

Most projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins. This advance covers the initial planning, discovery, design concepts, and time committed by our team. The advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it compensates for the time and resources already invested.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

A full or partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

• GoPixel cancels the project before any work has begun — full refund of any amount paid.
• Project not started within 14 days of confirmed payment due to our scheduling issues — full refund.
• Deliverable significantly deviates from the agreed scope and cannot be resolved through revisions — partial refund at our discretion.
• Client cancels before work begins — full refund minus any applicable transaction/processing fees.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Work has commenced and the client changes their mind or business direction.
• Client delays have caused timeline extensions.
• The client is unsatisfied due to a change in personal preference after approving a design milestone.
• Third-party costs (domain registrations, hosting, plugin licenses, stock assets) are non-refundable as they are paid directly to third parties.
• The project was completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
• Client fails to provide required content or approvals, causing project abandonment.

5. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to utilize the revision rounds included in their agreement. We strive to accommodate reasonable change requests and ensure satisfaction within the agreed scope. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are charged separately.

6. Milestone-Based Projects

For larger projects structured around milestones, payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-way, a refund may be considered only for milestones not yet started, minus any preparation or planning costs.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing within 7 days of the issue arising:

• Subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Project Name]"
• Include: your name, project details, reason for refund request, and any supporting documentation.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method. Bank transfer timelines may vary. Any transaction fees deducted by payment processors are non-recoverable.

9. Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to reach out directly to resolve any dissatisfaction before initiating a formal dispute. Our team is committed to fair resolution. In cases where mutual agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.

10. Policy Updates

GoPixel reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
